9:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays (generally the days that UPS is not picking up/delivering). We are also closed from Christmas Eve until January 2nd.

Shipping and Handling

We normally ship all domestic orders via UPS Ground. If you prefer a different or faster method just indicate your preference at time of order. Other options are 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air either AM or PM delivery and Saturday delivery. As you are no doubt already aware, faster means more expensive! We are also happy to use different carriers such as Fed Ex, United States Postal Service or even do third party billing if you have your own shipping account.

For large items, we employ numerous trucking companies depending upon the most favorable rate we can obtain. The specific carrier we choose varies upon what part of the country you are located in.

We strive to ship your order in the most cost effective manner possible and do not consider shipping to be a profit center. Shipping and handling costs are based on actual weight, shipping material costs, and the time required to pack the item.

We do not add arbitrary or excessive charges to orders like many discount retailers frequently do (they have to make a profit somehow!).

We strive to ship in-stock orders on the day they are received. At the time of order, we can usually indicate whether the item is in inventory. We have a late UPS pick-up — we can ship as late as 5:45 PM MDT. Exceptions to the above are remanufactured and repair components such as differentials and drive shafts.

The UPS shipping software we use automatically emails you a tracking number for your convenience. NOTE: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

At the present time we do not have a shopping cart feature on our website but plan on adding one in the near future. NOTE: Many items we sell (i.e. complete differentials) require consultation; therefore will not be a cart item.

Methods of Payment

We have been know to say, “we are willing to take your money any way you want to give it to us”! Therefore, we try to accommodate any option the customer chooses.

We accept:

— All major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
— Cash, checks, money orders and COD’s
— Wire transfers

Orders are not shipped unless credit card or check transactions are cleared unless other arrangements are made. We can accept installment payments under certain conditions — please inquire. COD’s and checks must be approved at time of order. We accept international credit cards but reserve the right to request wire transfers instead.

International Orders/Dealers

We welcome and encourage international orders. We are also looking for international dealers to distribute our product line. Contact us if you are an established parts supplier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We have many years of international shipping experience so we can suggest several methods of shipping orders to you. We prepare all documentation required for customs clearing*. For certain small orders there are some extremely cost competitive methods of international shipping – please inquire. We have directly indicated in the product description the items that qualify for these rates. Look for the notation – “Special International shipping rates apply”.

* NOTE: Our quotes include transportation only. You are responsible for any duties and taxes on your end. These vary from country to country. We can assist in minimizing these where we can but ultimately it is your responsibility to determine what these are and you have responsibility for them.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders – we are happy to supply to the trade. Provide us with a resale certificate and we will discuss specifics.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged shipment or one in which the packaging is damaged and the item inside might be, it is important to have the delivery person indicate in his records that there is damage. This will assist with the future claim. Do not refuse the shipment or send the package back to us. Either contact GBR or the carrier immediately to initiate the claims procedure. We strive to pack your orders as well as possible to minimize damage claims.
